Worked great. Then magnetron went out when it was like 2 years old. Had to pay for labor to get that replaced. Then not even a year later it went out again. LG warranty is offering my the same thing they will replace the part but I have to pay for the labor. But I dont trust their products enough to even pay for that. I ended up buying another brand. Having to pay for the same part to be replaced in less than a yearno way.

Letters are too small and faint.

I am very disappointed on the descriptions that come up on the microwave time display window as they are too small and very faint very hard to read. Not sure if this is standard or if something is defective. I did call LG and they said it is standard.

This was only installed recently but I am liking the features so far. The Extend-a-vent is really nice but does add at least an inch to the height of the unit. This isnt a problem for me but something to note. I expect to have it for many years to come with few to no problems. One of the reasons I wanted LG was for reliability.

I am in love with the pop out fan feature. You can just pop it out when cooking and blocks the steam coming up from my stove. Steam ruined my last microwave. It also has double the fans as my last microwave.
