Bought this microwave just about 3 years ago and the panel with the numbers no longer works. Can reheat for 30 seconds but thats all. Would love a call ba k on this as I cant get ahold of anyone

Coiling fan failed while under warranty and is still not repaired after one and a half months. All communication with LG went unanswered after the problem was handed over to a third party for repair. Previous LG microwave same model had a display failure that rendered it unusable. A LG refrigerator failed after 7 years and LG sent a third party to tell me it wasnt worth fixing. I will not purchase another LG product.

Upgraded my kitchen appliances in 2019 after much research on quality service and true value. I purchased all LG appliances and am still very pleased with them. Beautiful styling easy to use and dependable.
