Easy to use and easy to install. This product is quiet while in use.

The microwave works fine. However to use features like defrost and lower power levels this model requires using codes. Then the weight or amount needs to be put in. I am still referring to instruction manual several weeks after purchase. I wish I had my old style where I could simply choose desired power level and defrost was automatic.

Interior seems smaller than my older Maytag microwave. The features are about the same and in the same location that make use easy.

Great looking Microwave with simple to the point controls. Only gave an average rating due to the point that service was required after 2 days of operations. Maytag promptly and efficiently repaired the problem (defective door switch), however, it was disappointing. I hope this will be the last problem we experience as I am not a proponent of paying for a service agreement after the factory warranty.

Nightmare

We have had two service calls on this 5 month old microwave. Now it needs a mother board and we had to buy a countertop while we wait a week for parts. The Sears store where we purchased the unit is closed and we are stuck.
