this is my second electric oven--was the builders special, then had to replace it 2 1/2 years later, would not keep its temp. It was replaced last December and it already does not keep it temperature. Glad it is discontinued, horrible product

We really liked this oven, it is easy to use and the self-clean option is great. However after about two years of use (we only used it on rare occasions), it is no longer maintaining temperature. I wish these ovens are built to last longer than the warranty period. Its a shame that it did not last as long as we expected. I am trying to get in touch with the product support team, based on my experience I will come back and update my review.

Fell apart after 2 years...

After limited use of 2 years. The oven no longer maintains temperature. I am out of warranty of course. 3 service visits to diagnose the issue. Which means the Tech has to stay there for almost 20 minutes to get the oven to warm up.Finally get told I have to replace the wiring and computer board.
