We've had this for about one month now. Everything works great! The only downside is that it takes a long time to preheat, sometimes as long as 20 minutes. But otherwise, it's great!

I bought this a month ago and only used the microwave a few times before the transformer blew up and filled my kitchen with smoke. The transformer has been replaced under the warranty and I hope this one lasts.

Two poor features in the microwave. Difficult to view interior when running. Audible signal is so low it is difficult to hear even when there is no other noise in the room.

Lowest price I could find for a 27" built in.Works well.I agree with other reviewers regarding microwave timer alarm. It should be an adjustable feature.
