i wish i had read the reviews first! does not work! many many problems with the power as you can see reading through these reviews.

have had the dishwasher now for 3 years. i never understood the saying “i would give it zero stars if i could” until now. during the first year, the racks started rusting and falling apart. year 2, the motor went bad amd a new one costs $300+ and now year 3 who knows why it wont run but its not worth a service call. we were so excited to buy a new home and get all new samsung black stainless appliances and ill tell ya, that was a mistake. customer service may be the only thing worse than the appliances themselves. never again. i will say its very quiet, especially now :/

Dead dishwasher after a couple years

after using it for only 2 years, the dishwasher is throwing a 3c error code with other non-associated symptoms. the technician cannot say for sure if it is the circulation pump failed or control board. both are several hundred dollar parts that could prove ineffective remedies. this, in addition to the labor cost makes it a very hard pill to swallow on repair instead of replace. it makes it even worse that this is part of the matching black stainless color that is unavailable from other mfgs. so, now i have little choice of not matching the fridge, wall/oven, range, and range hood set. burned and will be unlikely to make the same mistake on my next kitchen design.

I am very pleased with my dishwasher. It is simple to use and cleans dishes well. I especially like the top rack for silverware

Cleans fantastic and is quiet. Only complaint is that it apparently has to be at least 68 degrees in the house or it won’t operate.
