My 4 yr old ffbd2412sw dishwasher suddenly became unwilling to turn on last evening. Up to now a fantastic product that was used 3 or 4 times a week. I press my regular settings, press the start button, it lights up but then blinks 15 times and all the panel lights go off. The dishwasher will not start. I've tried 5 times to contact Frigidaire Customer Service this morning, but they've hung up on me each time?? It looks like I'm going to have to buy a new dishwasher, and it's unlikely to be a Frigidaire.

Lower spinning arm burned twice now!;

Have had to replace the lower spinning arm 2x due to it being burned on the bottom element. Wish we had never bought this unit.

Leaking

We started having a leak issue a month ago. I replaced the bottom seal and the door seal, however it still leaks. Going to try the overflow switch next but it might be the float as the switch definitely works it just comes on too late. I haven’t been able to find a video on the float or that part.

I bought this to replace a much more expensive model that was too expensive to repair. While unpacking notice that the dishwasher racks were stained, reported to Frigidaire and was shipped out replacements right away, excellent service. To our surprise this frigidare works better than what I had!

Purchased this dishwasher Jan, 2018 and had it installed by home depot. After 9 months the electric control and pump motor went bad. Now it won't drain properly. It's not even a year old.
