We got our dryer last month and it is amazing!!! Drys so fast!! It’s huge!! Love the light inside while you are unloading and loading!!

This dryer has made my life so much easier. You can do large loads in no time at all. Want to take wrinkles out of a shirt, no problem with the steam function. Got smelly laundry? Sanitize it while it dries. Used to take me all day to do bed sheets, now I can get them all done in half the time. Great machine, good company, made in USA.

Really did my homework and purchased this dryer based on reliability reviews and customer ratings. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Took delivery yesterday, and early into the second load (within 24 hours), it started making a horrible grinding noise. Tried releveling, checked around the "seams" of the drum to make sure no loose objects. Nothing worked. To Maytag's credit, they are making the return process extremely easy. But the earliest the vendor can deliver a replacement is 2 weeks. Meanwhile, I've got a mountain of dirty laundry sitting here. Too bad because there are features of this dryer I really like. Like the lint trap design. Capacity is enormous. It's all moot if the thing doesn't work though.

Pay $1200.00 for an appliance and then have to purchase an additional $21.00 kit to complete the door direction change. The Kit contains 2 plastic caps. What the heck Maytag? Love the dryer but you're getting 1 star for this obscene oversight.
