I had this installed about a month ago and love it. The center drawer is very convenient. This was the perfect choice for me in my new home.

Big Mistake

I bought this model refrigerator about 2 years ago and it has been a constant disappointment! I’m writing this review so others don’t make the $2,000 mistake I made. Yes, I agree with others that it is loud BUT my main issues are the shelves. Our shelves continue to crack. Right now, we have 4 shelves with cracks and we’re not storing anything unordinary. The shelves also do no reach to the back wall of the fridge so things continually slide back or through the opening. The bottom drawer has a divider that does not stay in place. It comes out and moves to the side. Now for the freezer. The ice machine does not work properly. At times it’ll just keep making ice and other times it won’t make any ice and the most aggravating issue is that the ice falls to the freezer floor so when you open the freezer door, ice spills all over the floor. I bought this refrigerator because I used to heat good things about Maytag and because it was made in America. I would not recommend this model refrigerator to anyone.

fits counter depth space we had, super nice looking, clean lines. Too new to tell about longevity, but no complaints in first few months of course.

Door alarm has warned us a few times. The left door is harder to close than the right one so it stays ajar a bit. Door Alarm is a good feature! Aside from the many noises from a modern fridge, like the ice maker dumping ice, water flow, and compressor, It appears the air damper makes too much noise. We have arranged a service call within the next few days. Hopefully the service guy will agree and fix it.

Counter depth is great for our smaller kitchen space. Seems to working well. Lol he the water feature being inside rather than the front of the door
