Ice dispenser is junk

I bought this a year ago. Getting very tired of picking up ice off our kitchen floor. 9 of 10 times you try to get a glass of ice, it clogs. I get to pull chunks out of door, push threw dispenser then pick up off the floor. One shelf in the refrigerator side has dropped out due to the broken plastic button holding it in. It works just fine other than that.

Eh, the ratings are right in line with thia fridge

Recently acquired this fridge and its ok. Front panel has error codes constantly popping up and ice freezes too often, but solid fridge. Nothing to write home about.

Constant, high-pitched whine

Avoid this if you have normal-to-sensitive hearing, the never-ending whine (audible throughout the house) will drive you bonkers!

corrosion and rusting of the back panel

4 years old, used very lightly in vacation property. Looks like design flaw, condensation on back panel, rusted and wall damage. Called frigidaire certified repair shop .. they said that there is no kit that can fix this issue. Everything else works. Looks like we have throw this one away. I have experience with two other refrigerators of other brands that lasted over 10 years .. no issues.

Dispenses water or Ice automatically erratic

Purchased this model a few years ago with extended warranty. Every 10 to 12 months dispense section breaks down. Multiple repairs were performed on the unit including changing the main board several times, but no resolution as of today yet.
